The Club aims to encourage the collection of Scout and/or Guide badges. This site is for anyone interested in these badges.

Anyone can register on this site and registration will give you access to some additional content like Jamboree badge catalogues.  This does NOT make you a Club Member, this is a taste of things "Full Membership" offers.

Catalogues are the basis of the Badgers Club. They let collectors know what badges exist, so they can know what to look for. By using the catalogues, Club members can compile lists of badges they have available to swap and those they want.

The Varieties catalogue lists all known Scout badges for New Zealand Zones, as well as older Districts and Areas/Provinces. It also lists badges issued for National events such as Jamborees, Mudslide day, ANZAC parades, JOTA/JOTI, etc. At present the Varieties catalogue is available only as a printed publication but we intend eventually to publish it online.

The website already includes online catalogues for what we call “Local Issues”, such as Region, Zone and Group events, and badges issued by Troops/Contingents for Jamborees.
